TAG Travel Japan operates Fuji Tour Concierge and is responsible for personal information processed through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to tag.traveljapan@gmail.com.

When you submit the Travel Professionals enquiry form, we may process your contact name, company, country, email address, travel date or range, FIT or group information, traveller count, selected services and message where provided. We use this information to respond to your enquiry.

Enquiries are delivered through Resend, an email-delivery service. We do not store enquiry submissions in a dedicated website database. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.

• To operate, secure and diagnose the website.
• To meet legal obligations and protect legitimate rights.

The public website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate use of public pages. The implementation excludes private administration, API and prelaunch routes. It is not used for advertising profiling.

Interview videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. No YouTube content is contacted or loaded until a visitor chooses to play the video. At that point, Google or YouTube may receive technical data and their own privacy terms apply.

Strictly necessary authentication cookies may be used on the private administration area. They are required to keep the editorial system secure and are not used to track public visitors.

Information is shared only when necessary with providers supporting hosting, security and email communication, or when required by law. These providers may process data outside Japan. We select providers and safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.

Following a link to the FTC booking portal or an independent partner website means that the destination’s own privacy policy applies.

We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to answer the request, maintain an appropriate business record or meet a legal obligation. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security settings of the hosting providers.

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect information against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information, and may withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing.
